Before you email

These fix ~80% of reports:

Purchase didn't unlock

  1. Open the App → tap the settings gear on the game screen.
  2. Tap Restore Purchases.
  3. Wait a few seconds. Your entitlement should re-apply.
  4. Still broken? Email us with your Apple / Google order ID.

Game feels frozen

  1. Double-tap home (iPhone) or swipe up to the app switcher.
  2. Fully close Bubble Masters.
  3. Re-open. Your match auto-resumes from the last save.
  4. If it's still stuck, try force-restarting your device. Worst case, reinstalling is safe — RevenueCat restores your purchases and the server restores your leaderboard position.

Hearts aren't regenerating

Hearts regenerate one every 30 minutes while the App is closed. If the timer looks stuck, pull down to refresh on the main screen — the timer syncs against your device clock, so changing time zones can temporarily desync it.

Ads won't load / keep failing

Turn Wi-Fi off and on. Ad networks sometimes hang on poor connectivity. If rewarded ads refuse to play after 30 s, the reward is paid out automatically.
